Quick post just to keep me in the momentum of writing something every day!

The original plan today was to head over to Karaoke with Andy, Mami, and Nelson, but Andy couldn’t make it so we postponed the meeting until next week. So instead, I thought I would take the opportunity (it was Mami’s day off) to introduce Mami to Aya, a model I met a the same party I met Andy.

Surprisingly, the two hit it off really really well! Aya’s a lot cooler than I thought at first. She’s not at all full of herself like many models I’ve known. I’ve been going all out networking for my career, but I forgot that it’s a great opportunity to just make new friends, too =D

And as a side note, I also feel accomplished. I “picked up” a model at a party (yes, we men are simpletons)! Not that it really means much since I have Mami, but it’s a signal that I’m getting better at my approach! Who knows, maybe the romantic disinterest was what did it.
